Wholesale- The only way a return can be made for wholesale orders is if the item is damaged or flawed. A replacement of that exact item will be sent, once the flawed item is returned. This must take place with 14 days of receiving the order.
Wholesale- If an item blank is OOS, you can wait for it to come in stock, change for a new style, or receive a credit code for a future order. There are no refunds for OOS items as we are not able to control that.
Any requests to cancel orders must be sent within 12 Hours of ordering. With such a large administrative team, this is imperative!
Retail- Once the item is received, there is 14 days to return the item if it is flawed, or does not fit right. You will receive store credit for the returned item.
All hat sales are final.
